Visitors to our website

The website we have come under however this website does not take any details and is not connected with third party services. This website is primarily for our information to be available for people to get in contacts with us and look at images of bathrooms previously done for their own enquiries.


Giving information for a survey

One of the first things we will ask if you agree and confirm that you would like a survey is take down a couple details.

E.g. Second name, where you live, phone number and email address.

We must take addresses and home information so that we are able to locate where you live when coming out to survey your bathroom.


Emailing or calling us

If you call us at the showroom we can also take the information down over the phone too. Calls and emails are where we can take details for customer contacts and keep in touch with them for check-ups and changes. By giving your email address and phone number we can get your quote back to you as soon as possible. If you do not have an email address, we may have to post the quotation and plan out to you. By having this information, it gives us the opportunity to make this experience as easy and comfortable for you. Information given will not be used for anything other than your own quotation and plan. Recorded email addresses will not be used for promotional emails or for anything other after the job is completed.


Credit card and debit card

If you decide for further information or the go ahead with the job bank details will be exchanged for payment purposes. All information will be kept private and confidential. Stored on a locked computer and paper work will be filed away in a locked filing cabinet. Credit and debit card information is taken in accordance with PCI DSS.
